Refund & Cancellation Policy
We, at Nature’s Organ , are working hard and tirelessly to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. As our product range completely falls under wellness, we cannot issue refunds for any of the products bought from the website. However, only in unusual circumstances, if you are not satisfied with our products you will be entitled to either get a replacement of the products. Please note in the cases you need to self-ship the products. Once we receive the product, we will perform quality checks and issue replacement as per your requirement.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Nature’s Organ is not responsible for damage after delivery of product. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Post 24 hours we will not be entitled to process with your request. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed through our website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post completion of 24 hours, orders will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
Out of stock items
“Out of Stock” means, currently products are not available for sale. Please write to us at Support@naturesorgan.com requesting for product availability. This shall mean the product is temporarily unavailable only.
